Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I work early mornings, so I'm always on really early into the day. During that time period, I often find that there's no staff on, and a lot of issues begin to start happening. On top of this, I've found myself being burned out on actual gameplay, and am looking to spice up my experiences on the server. I used to run my own GMOD community back in the day, which included a roleplaying server, so I already know that I enjoy staff work and getting to deal with unique situations and mediating between players.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I'm passionate about mediation and staff work, I play mainly in the time periods during the early day that there's a lack of staff, and I have about 2 years of experience running my own gmod community. I also have a lot of time I can dedicate to gmod. I've already dedicated over 3000 hours to it.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I had quite a few runs as staff on a plethora of servers around the 2015 period, after of which I founded my own community, which expanded from one TTT server to owning about 5-6 servers. Leisure Gaming. On the servers prior to owning my own community, I was a dev for one DarkRP server (Don't remember name), head admin on a TTT Server (Narwhal Gaming, Enigma Gaming), and more than a few other servers.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  Well known? It's hard to say, I don't exactly have a poll. What I can say, is that my main character is generally known by a lot of different factions. As to what they'd say about me, it's my perception that I'm friendly with quite a few different groups on the server, and I try my best to have a positive, cheer bringing personality.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: So, it depends on a few factors. Are there other staff on? If yes, then I'd make a ticket for them to handle it so that I don't disrupt any Roleplay I may be involved in at the time. If not, I'd try to discontinue roleplay in a fashion that doesn't disrupt the game for others, switch to staff and take care of the sit as if it were any other sit.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Compile evidence. It's not my place to make demands of my equals or my superiors, that'd be innapropriate. Rather, the best course of action would be to get recordings of instances happening, compile them into a montage and send it in as a staff report.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: When doing a job, there is no such thing as a friend. Only evidence, rules, and protocol. If a friend would end a friendship with me over them being a minge on a server, doesn't seem like a friend at all to me.
