Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): i apologize to the staff member for leaving and i apologize for stealing the mans money i didn't know it was against the rules to scam after my ban I took the time and read the rules so it will never happen again i just want to roleplay again and not have to start over
Why should you be unbanned? when i scammed i didnt leave the server and join back i actually ran away with the money on me i went in a hotel room and climbed out the window and down the ladder the guy i scammed even hade someone come kill me after it all happened

You were PKed, not banned. Regardless, you were PKed because you scammed somebody out of a high amount ($40,000), and then you were killed. When I pulled you to the sit you were AFK, but then you came back. I began to tell you what happened and you just said "Okay" then disconnected - It didn't look like a crash to me from how you said one word, paused for 5 seconds, then left. Plus, the logs didn't show up as you crashing. Seems fair to me.

Hello, unfortunately PKs are a form of in-character consequence of your actions that resulted in your character's death, not an out-of-character punishment for scamming people. While it is not against the server rules to scam players, scammers are susceptible to be PKed just as the same as muggers.
