Why should you be unbanned?
There are a few reasons why I belive I should be unbanned. Firstly, I'm still getting the hang of the new discord rules so I didn't realize that using the IC discord chats for in-character conversations was against the rules. That's my bad. Secondly, my pager has been broken and bugged and I thought that meant I could get away with bending some of the rules for a bit due to it being a server bug. But I totally get that was a mistake on my part. Lastly, I honestly didn't lie to the staff member initially. They claimed that my friend Jamal and I were in a voice chat but that's not true. We were just chatting over discord which I thought was okay. My bad again. I've attached screenshots of my proof my pager is broken and the chat I had with Jamal about the chair. I really don't want a ban on my record for something so little, especially since I haven't been warned in like two years. Thanks for taking the time to read my appeal.

Id also like to add if it matters this situation didn't negatively effect anyone that's also why I also tried to see if I could sit on his props at the docs.

Again like I explained in your discord DM, that those type of discord servers aren't allowed anymore and using discord whether voice or messages to get someone to come to the docks to test things out isn't allowed. It wasn't just testing it out, he picked you and the prop up with his physics gun and was pushing you toward the barge, which you started swimming to after I froze him and told him to stop, seems like that was your motive in the first place. Verax reached out to you and I believe we are under the same understanding now. I think you are now looking to get this changed over to a perma ban appeal due to an Alt flag by Console though.

We were just trying things out, and I swear I'm telling the truth. As I mentioned earlier I didn't have any cash or stuff on me to interact with the npcs on the barge so I really dont understand how my intentions could have been to do anything but to see if I could sit on his prop. So, I sat on my friend's prop just to see if it would work but then he started messing around. I don't think it's fair for me to take the blame for that. All I did was ask him to put the prop down and things got out of hand. I was really deep underwater, and I couldn't hear anyone telling me to stop. It was impossible to hear anything down there. By the way I don't want to turn this into a permanent ban appeal. That issue has already been resolved, so I'm not looking to change that.
