Reason for PK: rdm during war
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: i didnt mean to rdm the guy i thought he was with the guy who both our factions are at war with. he kept following him and me so i thought he was in the same faction as the guy i killed first. same thing on my ban appeal he kept following us for almost 3 minutes clearly an alt char used for scouting but during when i killed him i thought they were just budding up so its harder to kill them both in the war.

Due to war causing kills with no knowledge of the person being in the faction or not is a problem. You cannot kill someone based off a hunch. You are supposed to find out properly. You doing this is the exact reason why PKs are given out for RDMs.
