Vehicle Limit for City Occupations - [DV-N] Lovsos - 01-25-2021

The city workers (Taxis, delivery trucks) are pretty much the only legal way to make money when one is not in a faction. This kind of independent passive RP is enjoyed by many players alike in the MafiaRP community. However, one feature of the server limits that. As you all know, there is a 75+ player limit on cars. Not only does this take away incomeĀ for the city workers, but it also takes away the RP they were looking for in the first place. My suggestion is to keep those city vehicles enabled at all times so that even during the 75+ player limit, the city workers will have something to do. I would also like to add that this may be beneficial for non-city workers as well (those in a faction), since players would have no other way of getting around faster during that time. I understand that performance may be an issue, but I'm sure there is room for trial and error. Thank you for reading my suggestion. - Lovsos

+1 People would actually have to call for taxis instead of using their own cars or walking.

The 75 player limit cap for vehicles is not permanent, eventually vehicles will be available to use at 128 players, however this will take some time as we are having to recode the base for vehicles and movement physics in order to facilitate this. Currently, any vehicles past 75 players, regardless of how many will be detrimental to server performance. It is simply too unstable. Most players including myself would much rather have a smooth and stable performance instead of having vehicles. We held a poll on it, and an overwhelming amount of people agreed. Just hang on for now, it won't be forever.
