Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
So i mugged someone in diner toilets and he did /whisper and was did a 911 call saying he was being robbed in diner while i had a gun pointed at him and was about to tie him up , so i took the weed brick he had on him and then cops ran into the diner while i was hiding in the kitchen. And I didnt know it was cops , i heard no sirens or any announcement so i thought it was the guy I mugged allies / gang. So i opened fire on guy who entered the kitchen which later on turned out to be a cop. Now the guy who i was mugging was breaking fear rp so in the first place cops wouldn't be there , i also think its the cops faults for not saying ''nypd'' when entering or turning on his car sirens.
I also have proof of the guy calling police and also i lost a shipment of cocaine cus of this guy

In this clip you will see that the cops do have the sirens on when pulling up to the scene. Not to mention regardless if the police killed you or a rival gang killed you, there would have been a PK regardless because you died during a mugging. Just in this case you happened to shoot the police which is another way you can get yourself PK'ed.
You said yourself that you have been PK'ed 5 times previously. Mugging is one of the riskiest things you could do with your character. Putting your life at risk from both police and bystanders. Regardless if the police announced themselves or not you still shot first leading to your death.
In the case of FearRP being broken, Its not a rule break. It can lead to IC repercussions however, like a PK. You can break FearRP, but there are extreme risks that come with it. In this case the man you were mugging took that risk and came out on top.

Hello, breaking FearRP is not a rulebreak but can lead to IC consequences as mentioned above. The police not identifying themselves is not an OOC rule break but an IC issue.
