Reason for ban: RDM
Length of ban: 3 days
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): To make a long story short. Some people that were getting hired into my faction(Lucchese) started trolling and insulting people in front of The Imperial Towers, including Made Members. They were told to leave at gunpoint before they jumped in a car and said they were headed to Old Country(my factions other business) to spray everybody up. Me and several members of Lucchese went to Old Country to defend it. They were driving a purple Rolls Royce and continued to troll and yell out insults so myself and the group of Lucchese began to open fire on the purple vehicle, blowing it up. My bullet caused the explosion, putting the 3 kills under me. Moses teleports me and handles the situation disrespectfully and with zero regard to be there for the players. Me and the victim decided it was blown out of proportion and BOTH agreed to maturely void the situation after we spoke and understood ourselves. Admin Moses still went out of his way to ban me for some reason, giving me 1 day for each person that died due to the explosion resulting in a 3 day ban.
Why should you be unbanned?: I don't log on Diverge to troll, cause problems and/or break rules. I get on everyday and play the game regularly without trying to ruin anybody elses experience while on the server. I'm not a known rule breaker or trouble maker, I don't get pulled by admins often and I'm respectful to everybody. I had an RDM ticket from the Italian Vs Davis mock war for mistakingly killing somebody that ran up to me while I was opening fire on an enemy.(Moses brought this up as another reason he wanted to ban me.) I continued the mock war successfully and without any problems after. My intentions was never to RDM anybody as I just got done hiring 3 different people into the Lucchese Crime Family, I always follow the rules and I'm super understanding with Admins, I've never had an issue with any other Admin before, they've always been respectful and understanding in other situations. I should be unbanned because I'm not on the server intentionally breaking rules and/or RDM'ing players.

I stated multiple times during the sit that you were bringing up arbitrary points, and that it didn't matter if your faction hired part-time workers or not. Never was I disrespectful, I simply cited you the rule and told you that you would receive a ban for violation of said rule. It does not matter if you both agree that it was "Blown out of proportion". You have two POs for RDM, and evidently you did not learn from said mistakes. You killed somebody after they made an idle threat (Defined in the killing rules, which I directly cited to you - Stating that you may not kill the opposing party if they make a threat whilst unarmed).
I cited the rule, stated you'd be banned, then you were. I never once insulted you, nor did I take a tone as I was using text chat.

I honestly don't think a 3 day ban is needed in this situation as I'm not on the server actively breaking rules and/or trying to ruins people experience. I could assure you that 1 of the PO's I had was from a situation during the mock war which was a mess. I feel like you could've understood what happened better but I feel like you just went out of your way to ban me because you wanted to and felt like it. Both parties agreed to void it and I would've comped any losses myself. If I was actively RDM'ing and/or trying to break rules I wouldn't be actively playing on a server regularly and taking everything as seriously and handling it with as much respect like I currently do. I do understand the rule and RDM'ing in itself and I won't be killing anybody for any verbal insults again.
