Never left to avoid punishment; never realized I was being pulled to a sit.
Why should you be unbanned?
Yes, it's true I have many old prior offenses. I joined this server when it first started over 2 years ago, and it is difficult to not get warned/banned at times for multiple RDM/VDM scenarios.
All of my prior offenses are not serious infractions (such as hacking), and occur many months apart from each other. My most recent offense prior to this permaban was over four months ago.
I should be unbanned because I did not LTAP, and my prior offenses are minor and spread throughout 2+ years.
I enjoy this community very much and hope to be given an opportunity to stay in it.
I do not believe my offenses justify a permaban and hope you'll be understanding.

Your ban was extended for trying to connect with an alt account. It wasn't a perma ban for just the POs and LTAP.

I do not own Garry’s Mod on another steam account. I did not realize I was banned (6/14) until I logged on days later (6/17) to find I had been perma’d.
I’m not sure how this mistake was made, and I’m not sure how I can prove that I don’t own Gmod on another account. I’ve seen many others have their bans extended for the same thing, so I know better then to try that.
I hope there is a way for you to verify and see I did not try to connect with an alt account.

Ban was not extended for 'ban evasion'
Ban was extended because the user has been observed several times minging and using his or 'alt' characters to minge or cop bait. No proper RP has come out of them in the past few months following their other bans and there's no indication of a behavioural improvement since their last bans.
It's true that you have been a longtime user and as a result have some old POs, which is all the more reason to expect more from you. You're aware of the rules and seemingly purposely break them, at least in regards to minging at PD.

Fair enough, you got me there. I’ve always viewed my antics as fun and relatively harmless but rules are rules.
I can’t say anything in my defense because I am guilty of joking around and minging on my alt character excessively. However, it is also true that I have two serious RP characters with a lengthy history (my ex Lt. Doug Allen #163, and criminal Benny Denero).
I’ve let time and boredom get the best of me, but if given another opportunity I will take my two RP characters more seriously and will not see further offenses.
I request if possible the ban be lessened to 2 weeks to a month to learn from my mistakes.

I'm not opposed to unbanning you at all as I do see that you Roleplay sometimes, it's just your 'boredom' or down time is more harmful to the RP experiences of others, more than you may realize.

I acknowledge now that my past actions have harmed the RP experience of others.
If unbanned, I would focus on my two main characters and generate more positive RP instead.

I considered your POs and decided to blacklist you from joining PD since both instances I've seen you on a cop char I only witnessed you minge.
Anyway, don't get banned again.
