My suggestion is before a gang war happens, a vote should take place whether people want a TDM(Team death match) gang war or a PK war, If there is voting people can prepare better and get a plan rather than having to get ready 15 mins before the server resets and the war starts with no plan.

It's up to the faction leaders to inform their faction of possible conflicts and the type of conflict as they are the ones that draft 'plans'
They would be the ones who know.

idk if this was only my faction but we knew days before that it was going to happen and what kind of war it was. Im assuming you didn't know about it from your faction leader
