Reason for PK: ''violent incident with police''
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: ill keep it simple. i believe the pk is not valid as i did not start a shootout with the police. they shot at me as i unintentionally pulled my gun so then i sprayed the cop ending up being killed. first shot was from officer second shot was from other officer than i shot.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: dont have one cop had footage
no disrespect to the admin in charge of pk but i am not even sure how he pk me as there was like 4 admins in total talking about it not all aggreed it was pk some did tho and the fact the cop was pretty much begging for me to be pk when i was an iffy situation just shows he was pk thirsty. i personally say its invalid as i did not aim gun at cops or shoot first.

I was the admin that took this PK ticket. I was originally a bit weary at first of whether this should be a PK but after taking a closer look at the rules and re-watching the clip several times. I concluded that it was a PK based on the fact that you shot at the cops and died. After you put your gun away there was a brief moment where the cops stopped shooting and gave you an order to not move. After which you pulled out your Uzi and began firing at them for what you claim was "self defense". I will put this way, if you had died from the first time you pulled you gun out "on accident" I would've denied it. But because you pulled it out a second time and began firing at the police after they withdrew gunfire I see that as you initiating a gunfight with them. You chose to fight back when you didnt have to.

After reviewing the clip I have come to agree with Mangos in regards to the PK. Should have never shot at them in "self defense."
