Reason for PK: initiated a gun fight with a cop
Why should you be uniPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I do feel as if i was being arrested unprofessionally and rather unfairly, as it was seconds, after just coming to face with this officer and im already getting threatened being tazed. this was by the way, without them even asking me why i did what i did, or even allowing me to explain what happened in my point of view. this resulted in me fleeing as i thought initially i was going to go to prison as i did not understand how getting arrested worked in the server, lawyers, courts,interrogation's etc.i thought it was just sent to prison (like in dark rp).i knew they would catch me eventually so i didnt think and i began to fire shots at the police, which caused in me being killed aswell as an officer. but i would like to explain also why is was being arrested in the first place. there was another player who was intentionlly trying to annoy me and other players by putting on a stereotype asian chinese accent and following us arround and stabbing those who did not give him the reaction he wanted. as an attemp to get him to leave us alone, i started to stab him back hoping it would drive him away. but he kept coming and tried to fight me back. so i kept fighting him, and then the cops came which leads us back to why i was first getting apprehended. i was also not aware that i could be pk'd by killing a cop, as i will admit i skimmed through the rules and ended up forgetting some. this has been my first ever ban on this server i do believe, and i hope i can be pardoned as i do feel silly for not thoroughly reading the rules. i also do believe in second chances and i dont see myself as a problem for this servers experience for other players. i am truly sorry for the rule i have violated, and i do hope this appeal can bring back my beloved character. thank you so much. ps. im sorry i have not taken a clip, as i have yet to get the software to take clips.

Hello, there seems to be a misconception among newer players that PKs are a type of punishment, it is not. PKs are the consequences of your in character actions, resulting in your character's death. In this instance, you initiated a gunfight with law enforcement personnel and died as a result. If you felt as though the officer's actions when you initially encountered him were of unbecoming conduct of a police officer, then you could've chose to follow through the arrest and appeal your arrest via court or file an IA report against said officers.
