Sadly my video doesn't pick it up as my audio was messed up. Nevertheless, I don't see where you're trying to go with this as both videos prove that you clearly broke fearRP. As far as im aware, mitch is an administrator and it's not relevant to your PK as i was going to report you to UA RE: pk appeal - ZOOMER - 01-27-2021 Hello, after a lengthy discussion with UA member, we have decided to reverse your PK. Although the PK will be reversed, it does not excuse you for breaking FearRP. We have decided to reverse your PK on the basis of providing you with a second chance. Please do keep in mind, despite your PK will be reverse, the following rules still apply: Rules 1. under Life Rules states: "You must value your character’s life. This means that you naturally do not want your character to die. (FearRP) Breaking this can result in a PK or a ban at the Staff’s Discretion ." Rule 1. under FearRP Rules states: "If a person is pointing a firearm at you you must obey their commands as you are under fearrp." Rule 2. under FearRP Rules states: "While under fearrp you may not escape or pull out a weapon of your own." So, in conclusion, you did broke FearRP as shown in video, but after the second re-evaluation of the situation by UA, we have decided to reverse the PK on the basis of providing a "second chance".
