What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to help the staff team improve and to also help expand the staff team as a hole and plus this is the only server i played frequent i could played 6 hours every days and i've wanting to make the community a fun and good place and since my main character got pk i will spent most of my time to help and make the server a more fun place to rp in and I've always try make event more interesting like help set up event but i wanting this server to be a better place for people to rp in and i want to help the staff help make the community make the best mafia rp server ever.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I more of a nice guy and because I got a lot more of a unbiased opinion and i have a lot of experience staffing on a lot of servers and i try to reform myself to becoming a better player and because i gonna be a better staff and more active staff then some other candidates i always try to follow that server rules and i know how mafia rp works a lot better then some of the other candidates and i've play a lot of mafia rp servers like typhoon,MP,HD, Revent networks and vintage networks and lastly because I care about this community and try to make it a more enjoy place for to rp and have fun.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):i have over 3964 hours on gmod and I've staff on mp and almost got the rank jr admin before i resign(over 2 months), I have staff on gameinglight (admin) (1 month), ice fuse (admin) (1 month) and that's pretty much it.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?Yes because i abuse a opioid glitch with a ncp but i have learn my lesson and then got never ban again and I've been warn for micspam.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * A quite a bit of people know me in the community most good some bad but i try to be nice all the time and i know a lot people in most faction.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I will first get on staff then I would tp to the guy who's rdming tp the guys he been rdming and see their story and see how many people has rdm/killed through logs and if he has kill 3 people it will be consider mass rdm and then ban him for the amount the time is need for his ban to be suffice and depends on his and how many people he kill i will ban him for amount time he has kill some people it go up to a 12hours,1day,1week and before i ban i will give the link to the rules of the server so he knows better next time.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:I would open any recording software and start recording him if he breaking major rules and i will then either sent this to pendred or a community manager but i will first try to talk to the guy if he can stop and if he continues i have to send it and try not to belittle the guy when the evidence all piles up on him and i will try to avoid him to get remove but if the evidence too big then tough shit.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: i would teat him like everyone other player by being fair and bring the people over to see if the evidence holds up and if it does i will ban him like ever other player also in [b]order too keep the player base fair i will not favoritism and being bias's to people they are only setbacks that must be not allowed in the process of helping the playerbase and before i ban him i will give a link to rules of the server so this won't happen again.[/b]
