Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I’m appealing today because last night at around 12-1P.M. (I believe) this guy was hitting my friend and talking mad shit about grandpa Norton so I laid him out and some other guy (supposedly HIS friend) came up to me and killed me with a shotgun. I reported to the admin (Fox) for RDM and I guess my case was also RDM even though he was punching my friend so the admin (Fox) gave me a ban. No disrespect whatsoever to Fox or any other admins but I feel that was unjust based on the situation
Why should you be unbanned? I have no malicious intent whatsoever I was just protecting my friend
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): N/A but Fox would probably confirm what I’ve said here

Hi buddy,
With the evidence that was given to me and the investigation into the logs that I did I determined that the person in question insulted 'grandpa norton' in the PD. You then followed them down the street towards the square and shot them dead.
The issue with this, is that it's a clear kill for disrespect. You weren't banned solely for this incident and rather the amount of previous offences you had logged for RDM. The punching of your friend appears to be a totally separate incident to the one with 'Grandpa Norton'.
Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.
We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
