Reason for PK: Believed to be a rat
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: With confirmation from the Don of the Bonanno Crime Family later after the PK, I was assassinated on grounds that I was believed to have ratted on the Family. To put it simply, there was a moment where I was in the Gun Store and being chased by a police officer for supposedly shooting a man next to him several minutes prior. The officer did not arrest me then because he was involved in trying to arrest someone else at the time, then later found me at the Gun Store and proceeded to try to use his taser to subdue me, multiple times (landing his taser at least two times on me) to then being led by me into one of the back rooms so that I may go around him and leave the store. He lost me soon after, and I was in the clear. After that night, I get on the server the next morning (on June 10th) and am asked to follow one of the guys I work with around the corner to someone who needs our help. When we get around the street, they tell me "Burn in Hell, Nice Guy" and shoot me from behind. Without even a second to think, my character is immediately banned on the server.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I do not have the evidence to back my claim, but the current Don of the Bonanno Crime Family on Diverge, with the Discord name ".buzn" will verify my claim of a False PK. I believe he has the evidence of when the perpetrators PKed me on the server with Admin supervision. I am also unaware of who was the Staff member who supervised over said event, but I do not harbor any ill will towards this claim. I am simply stating this so I may continue on my character what I was doing, which was under good claim of not breaking any rules whatsoever.

Hello, first and foremost, I have genuinely no idea as to why it took you a month to appeal a PK, as listed in the format that you must appeal within one week of your character's PK. Regardless of the circumstances that lead to the PK were part of a misunderstanding or not, we do not un-PK characters that were PKed due to false information etc. Meaning to say, it is entirely the Don's responsibility to verify and cross-reference information presented to him before issuing the PK order. The only exception to this is if metagaming was involved during the process of the PK.
