Reason for PK: I was PK'd for shooting a cop. Although I find the entire situation totally invalid, I had shot a cop for messing around with a bunch of my friends. They were just fucking around with them and from what it seemed like, they were trying to hand out gun charges. I had sniped the cop from 50m+ at night from a higher vantage point I was using a suppressed AK. The only cop who had seen me at all during this entire encounter was the one I had shot. He was the only one who made direct eye contact with me. This other cop who claimed to have "followed" me didn't lay eyes on me even once. When I shot the cop, his friend (who killed me) was in the middle of a large group of people with no way to tell what happened. After the shooting I had sneaked away and hid to avoid any further interactions. About 5 mins after the interaction I had left to go put all my stuff away at the atm which I had plenty of time for. After walking away from the gas station unarmed this cop looks like hes getting in an argument with a guy in a purple suit, im then gun downed. About 5-10 mins after the original encounter.
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe I should be un pk'd due to metagaming. This is a very clear example of metagaming as there was no way for the cop to be able to distinguish that it was me who fired the shot. It was 50+ meters at night with a suppressed gun, this cop got nowhere near me the entire encounter up until I was shot. This cop also was in a large group of people when just 1 round was fired. I didn't fire multiple. I let off 1 round. There is no chance that with 6+ people screaming or talking to you that your gonna know its me. Especially when he had his back turned when the round was fired. I also think that the cops handled it totally wrong, even if they found some way to justify their metagaming they still gun downed a man walking down a side walk without a gun or anything without trying to arrest me first, not a word was said just bullets. Like I couldn't even tell you the officers name that shot me thats how fast they shot me. If this was a worthy PK in the admins eyes i'd like to see the clips please just to make light of the situation.

Hi, I was the admin that approved the PK and as you can see from the clips that were provided by Infamy, the cop that killed you, he was around and saw everything happen. That was why I approved the PK because he had multiple clips to show me until he went and shot you. Know that when shooting a cop, you should expect the worst-case scenario because this is the easiest way to get PKed. So my conclusion is that this PK was completely valid, unless you have other points you want to bring up.
