Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Admin TP'd me to a sit, unprepared, making me wait whilst the accuser uploads his video - doesn't explain a single fucking thing to me, and proceeds to issue me with a 3 week ban, with LITERALLY no explanation. I'm currently sick, with a flu, and feel like dogshit. When an admin TP's me to a sit, I don't want to waste my fucking time listen to some whiny cunt complain that I tried to restrain him when he was mic spamming in the city center. I didn't know that restraining somone is worth a 3 week ban, let alone bannable. I'm genuinely so fucking confused why I was banned after having all of my time wasted. I'm not expecting any form of helpful feedback here, as when I made a ticket on your discord that you must be sooooooooooo busy with all the time (Not), I got banned from the discord, so clearly I am not going to get any staff with a heart here at all, everyone wants to be discord mods and just ban everyone when they get the chance (That's how gaming communities die). I just want someone who isn't on edge to tell me what I've done wrong, and help justify why what I did is worth 3 weeks of my time, being banned. Cheers loves.

Hello, I was the staff member that issued the ban. I don't know what sits you've been to but generally how it works over here is that both the victim and perpetrator is brought to a sit and the sit begins there. This is because a lot of the situations reported are circumstantial and needs further context/reasoning to determine who is in the wrong.
After getting the other player's side of the story, I then teleported you to the sit and asked you how you were doing, standard small talk. You seemed very nice at first but then when I asked why you punched him and if you had any zip ties on you as I was confirming what was shown in logs, you started going off on me on how I was accusing you without any evidence besides logs. You then continue to "educate" me on how sits should be done and how I was wasting your time. That's fine, everyone's entitled to their opinion. The victim, who is roleplaying as Bob Marley, was micspamming time-period appropriate songs and nothing else besides that. While he was getting the video, both you guys were arguing each other to the point where I had to separate both of you guys to stop the arguing. You kept on commenting on how he "doesn't have a video" and that he was "faking it and wasting our precious time". The video was indeed real and posted by the victim himself and shows that you tried to tie him up at the city center. it was as clear as day that you were in fact attempted a Failmug.
When this was explained to you, you did not appear apologetic whatsoever nor tried to understand the victim's perspective, instead you tried downplaying the situation as it is like its a very small deal. You still kept going on, on how I was wasting your time etc etc. After checking your POs that you did indeed had a 2 week ban, I decided to issue a 3 week ban instead. The hilarious part is that as I was filling out the ban, you still kept on going on about wasting your time and that I'm going through the "Discord Admin route", wtf lmao.
Long story short, I had issued a 3 week instead mainly because you showed absolutely no regard and was not apologetic in the sit whatsoever on top of that being pretty rude to both the victim and me. if you were a bit more understanding I would've given you a shorter ban, but man your mouth was like a Chinese sweat shop factory, it just keeps on going.
Being sick does not excuse you for shitty behaviour. I've been sick too and never once had I insulted anyone while I was sick, this is more especially so when I had covid. You never once apologised nor appeared to understand the victim's perspective whatsoever and kept on insulting both of us instead. Given that, whoever handles the ban appeal. please do take note I'm willing to shorten the ban, and the shortened duration is up to whoever handles the appeal.

Almost as if acting spoiled or entitled doesn't really get you anywhere.
But to a degree I do feel bad for you, you obviously have a rage issue or have trouble controlling your emotions, your last ban in late June you got so pissed at someone you spawn camped them, then lost your shit and tried to RDM (and failed mind you) in the sit before disconnecting.
Hell, three weeks does sound like an excessive ban time, usually I'd love to reduce or remove bans like this, but I mean that June ban coupled with cutting people off in the sit as they talk and what you typed up in this post obviously isn't conducive of someone I'd really want to help.
The staff here are people who enjoy and love the server and want to help it continue to do well and produce good RP for the members, however our staff are people who can make mistakes, they are people who also don't deserve any level of abuse for simply volunteering their time to deal with issues.
So I would honestly be more than happy to reduce/remove your ban if you'd be kind enough to apologize to the staff member(s) you flamed, apologize for your brash anger typed forum post and promise to really do better as a nice person that people can get along with. I think that is a more than fair exchange

Look, although not enough of a reason, the only reason I was so pissed & short tempered is because I feel like literal dogma right now, so yeah I for sure escalated everything for no reason. Zoomer sorry for my actions, I'd appreciate greatly my ban to be removed. Regardless of if I was how I was or not, I just feel like a dedicated punishment time should be applied to each rule break, to avoid situations where 3 week bans are a thing for 1 small rule break.

Punishment times are discretionary. Consider approaching future sits and accusations more calmly and the staff member may be more inclined to assist / believe you.
People want to help you, but you have to be nice
