Why should you be unbanned? Dispute: As seen in the screenshot below the message BoomRoasted sent to me depicts of the reasons behind the "FailRP" ban. I'd like to first say that the character I had mugged the individuals on that night wasn't strictly a mugging character. The character Koshan "FORTUN" Shia was a Shia clan character which was a family group within the Vodou Mob when it was around. The Shia clan was a militiamen group in Vodou Mob and the character had been around for a length period of time and had valuable guns in the bank at many points. Along with this although I cannot remember exactly I believe it was an oil character at one point and when I returned to the server it was whitelisted to Local Teamsters Union, but the Shia members did contracted work for another faction when it was called upon. The point that "no RP other than mugging" doesn't stand as it doesn't say you aren't allowed to mug players on the server along with this I followed the many mugging rules to the best of my ability.
Apology: I would like to apologize though for getting involved with mugging so soon after coming off my permanent ban. Mugging has many rules of which people constantly forget and are broken frequently. I understand I have many previous bans and notes, but I followed the mugging rules and the character of which I did it on had RP on it and wasn't just a character I had made just in that moment. I know my ban history still stands out due to the previous bans and with recently coming off a permanent ban, but I can assure you that if I am given another chance I will not get caught up in something like this again.

+1 Mugging rules are so convoluted making mistakes is incredibly easy even for the most experienced and knowledgeable players. Additionally I believe that mugging does bring in additional RP to the server I personally have had lots of fun after being mugged gathering faction members and then going out to find the muggers breaking the same old same old routine of grinding bricks. Walker has benefited role play on diverge for a long time as an excellent lawyer and judge raising the standard of legal RP. Overall I think he should be allowed to continue playing diverge because he is an asset to the diverge community and the server would benefit with him back on it.
