Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Well I've been around since late 2021 and was staff a bit of time ago but due to an old work issue i was moved a few provinces away for a few months and ended up going inactive, which led to my removal from staff, since then i got a new job which keeps me in one place so i have actual time to stick around and do a butt load of tickets if i were to be accepted into staff. my current reason is that honestly whilst i was staff for only 2 ish weeks i enjoyed it alot, being able to help out people when they needed help, whether it was something simple like a faction whitelist or something like an RDM ticket i was always happy to help out and do what i could as staff, it was a good experience and would like to give it a go except this time i can stick around longterm
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: well i can't say i'm a "better choice" but i have experience staffing here even if it only was for 2 weeks, i have plenty of motivation and i'm pretty active in the server and am usually always available and around even if im actually Roleplaying, i understand the rules and already know most of the commands even still have some binds from when i was staff a few months ago, although i know i was technically kicked from staff previously so that already doesn't look great but i can assure you im a decent pick and would always been down to help and stay active when im needed. also my hours are very random so sometimes im on really early in the morning or really late at night. *
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Diverge As a moderator for roughly 2 weeks, a few other smaller server, Deepgaming for about a month or more i was an admin on there as well as a GM.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Nope
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say im well known, mostly due to my suits i got in the server, but iv'e had plenty of other characters, like Corporal Ranger Trapolski, Angelo, etc, all of whom were well known for the most part, i think most people would agree that i'm a decent person, and i highly doubt anyone would have any real complaints about me overall, i treat people the way i would like to be treated and usually avoid confrontational situations that would lead to dumb things like wasting staffs time, and im sure a few staff here wouldn't mind seeing me in a staff position if this were to be accepted. *

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Treat it like i would if i was a player, record the situation, message staff using @ and let them know the situation, dealing with RDM by yourself could be setup as Biased because the person killed you, it's better to let another staff deal with it
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Record or get evidence, don't get argumentative with them but politely ask them to stop, if they continue tell another staff higher then them to deal with the staff member in question
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: treat them like any other player, set the correct punishment, if there a decent friend they'll understand and it shouldn't affect your friendship with them and if it does then maybe they were better off not being friends with you.
