Furthermore, a situation like this would under normal circumstances have a concrete course of action which would most likely result in the individual's ban from the server, however, the Seasoned Administrator was brought in as a second opinion and ruled in favor of the other individual. He also stated that myself and the individual are both "retarded", however, unlike the other individual I have not broken any server rules. Also, separately the Seasoned Administrator also misunderstood the entire situation, due to him being misinformed he could not provide a qualified and just opinion/ruling on the matter. Here are a few clips that show how the situation ended, with many invalid facts being said that I have clearly contradicted with evidence in this ticket. It's funny that this situation is actually ongoing. Before I finished grabbing all of my gear, the cadet had pulled out restraints, and I jokingly said while laughing "haha man don't go that I'll blow off your head wahwahaw". Gathering from context the cadet who was also laughing knew that it was a joke. The cadet then detained me and read my rights, as can be seen in the clip provided. After that, he was forced to release me and then started chasing me again with a Taser and attempting to tase me, once he did tase me and detain me. He went to the jailing NPC and stated "Nah bro you don't even get a court trial" and proceeded to arrest me for 10 years (10 minutes), after I was released he once again attempted to stop me from doing my duties by blatantly chasing after me with a taser once again. All of this points to the individual being fully aware of their actions, as well as them knowing that what they were doing was wrong. They took great joy in this and the way the situation was handled by staff was very unfortunate, I wish that this individual would be punished accordingly. And don't forget, unlike kyle, I have proof to back up EVERY SINGLE BIT of my story. RE: Player Report - ZOOMER - 07-27-2023 I've heard both from James and the three other staff members that were involve with the situation. From what I can tell, it was already been dealt with by James. The individual in question does not have any prior POs for such an offense, and that a warn was already previously given by Redrum during the initial sit. I personally do not find James' conduct to be unbecoming, nor the outcome of the sit itself. Thank you for taking the time to create a player report.
