Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I have been on this server for a pretty long time and have enjoyed it for a while now, I would like to help out in anyway i can to help improve rp.
I usually get on the server pretty early and it would be pretty boring, I would like to be staff during these hours.
I got nothing to do nowadays due to be being in a not to active position on my main char so i would like something to do in my spare time.
I am very experience in the sever and can tell what peoples motives are and i am confident in my judgement.
I would like to get rid of the people who ruin the rp of others.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I have been on the server for a good amount of time now.
I have good judgement when it comes to how other people act and can tell when someone is being a minge.
I also won't play favorite's even if i know the person.
I am motivated to help out the server and its players.
I used to be staff so i have some past experience.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Diverge moderator, Couple of months ago
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I got banned for Ltarp and ltap as well as metagame
3 rdm warns 2 metagame warns. Most of this was due to me being dumb and having a lack of understanding of the rules.
Ive improved since then and now have a more better understanding of the rules.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * Yes i am well known within the community specifically the Italians.
I have been in diverge for a while now and have made many friends over the time ive been here.
I enjoy meeting new people and have been known to have a positive impact on new players.
I have never been pked in a faction and have been liked in every faction i have joined.
I am also liked in other factions besides crime factions such as pd.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this? I clip the rdm and make a staff ticket to report the rdm, If there was no staff online or willing to get online i would take it in a unbiased matter.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence then report it up the chain of command.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would proceed like it would be any other player, Not picking favorite's with said player and ban them if needed, If it does affect our friendship then i don't wanna be associted with them.

On the 3rd of March 2023 Moderator Zer0 (STEAM_0:0:455164769) was demoted to user following an incident in which he was asked to do a ticket by Super Administator Duggar and then proceeded to leave the game to avoid doing tickets. He was fully removed from staff because this isn't the first incident with Zer0, he has been told many of times to start doing more tickets then the easy tickets but has refused. Zer0 also barely meets quota and didn't conduct himself like he should have as a member of staff.
note that he disconnected to then connect to Prometheus 1942 rp.

+1 in my short time in this community ive witnessed two different types of staff those that come into it for the sense of power over their peers and those that truly want to enhance the roleplay of the server. This individual is 100% one of the latter, while he may have had a bad experience being staff in the past, being realistic, if I dealt with garrysmod roleplayers problems all day I would want to play something else as well. I cannot reasonably put into words how much of an asset this individual would be to the staff team.

If you aren't going to do shit or are going to ignore when someone asks you to take tickets, you'll just be removed.
