Aquila here. Guy and his friends were metagaming through discord and basically just planned to RDM the whole Le Grande regardless of who they were.
Reason he was PKed was being shot by the guy who had the PK script active and who was undergoing a hit from Gambinos but decided to RDM them beforehand.
I was spectating the group of 2 for about 10-20 minutes and they admitted to using discord communication after Eclipse told them there was a mugging in a back alley that was happening, they said that was the reason they suspected a PK and is the reason they went Die Hard on Le Grande.

Looks more like MRDM to me if you look at both clips. No Intention to stop himself from being pk'd just decided to open fire on a bunch of people in the hotel. He also admitted to metagaming and using Discord if you check Aquilas reply. The Whole thing is very messy and both the two who got pk'd werent even involved in the pk nor gave the order for it.
