I was on a char I was trying to get rid of so I was trying to speed run its death and got arrested after being locked in a cage for a bout 5 min I wasnt told anything so just hopped back on my main account and without being pulled or anything got banned instantly

I mean if I was pulled and called out on my BS I would have attempted to reason but I had no way to defend myself prior to the ban the arrest wasnt anything worthwhile anyways it was dumb as hell

Hello,
Thank you for providing me with insight on this.
I was first made aware of you LTARP'ing by Captain Henry, and I went towards him to investigate. I then found you to be the culprit of the alleged rule break and saw that you switched characters soon after you were searched. While in an RP sit you may not leave the server or switch characters as it is considered LTARP. Especially while being arrested by police you should expect to be held in a prison cell for quite a bit of time before you are jailed/released as the officers must RP their paperwork/ legal processes. This is from the rules thread " If you're unsure if it's LTAP/LTARP wait a minimum of 10 minutes before disconnecting or switching character." . Therefore had you done your due diligence you would have at least made a staff ticket for us to explore the situation and see why you might have been left for a period of time with no RP. 5 minutes is not enough to consider leaving an RP situation. As for an explanation/justification it was not needed since the evidence was present in the logs that you intentionally switched characters, which is against the rules. You yourself said here that you left after being locked in a cage for about 5 minutes, this is not allowed.

I was thrown into the cage and asked the cop if I was going to be question he aint say a damn thing and left me their what was I supposed to presume?
I apologize, But I asked the officer twice if I was gonna be questioned and he immediately threw me into the jail cell without saying anything,not the holding/questioning cell so I assumed nothing more would come of it and proceeded to change characters

In regards to arrests the roleplay is not over until either you're sentenced via a plea deal or you request and organize a court date, the police have 30 minutes to issue you these charges and once you are put in the prison faction you may change char / disconnect, leaving before the process ends is LTARP, if you don't have the time or patience to wait out the arrest RP don't do the crime and get caught.
This ban will be reduced as it's your first one.
