Reason for ban: Eating Pizza

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Basically I was at a house, then there was cops called in a 911 call because people were harassing me, then I went on my other character so I can eat some pizza my mom brought home from costco since it was my birthday with a ice cream cup, A staff member by the name of moses said that it would be good to go on my Character after waiting countless minutes after the 911 call. I went back on my character to go afk as I eat so when I get back I am prepared to get back into roleplay mode. As Im eating however a cop comes in after probably moses tells the cops via discord/in character that I am back on my character because just so convienently the cops researched the building after gaining this knowledge and found my afk character idled. I then told them briefly I was not here for roleplay I was eating and was afk so I got off the server so I can go upstairs to get my icecream cup and celebrate my birthday then I come back to see I am banned for it. Simple misunderstanding I dont want the staff member involved in trouble we all make mistakes. Apparently I LTAP'ed when I wasnt receiving any punishment to begin with. I had a plant downstairs that I made a ticket about with curiousity but the admin involved that took the ticket left me there waiting downstairs and gave me no advice and left and I didnt know how to delete the plants. Check logs for who took my ticket and closed it after.
Why should you be unbanned? Because I was eating pizza, the staff member made a simple error and shouldnt have told me that I was good to switch characters, KNOWING I was AFK eating pizza as I told him before I even switched that I was preoccupied,.

In the proof I have you can clearly hear even my mom in the backround telling me to go upstairs and get my ice cream cup and stuff so I closed my laptop and had REAL LIFE MATTERS to attend to. I am sorry I had real life things to attend to on the 911 call that I made unknowingly was going to lead to a misunderstanding of a ban. Also you can hear the pizza im munching on, so please take my word and evidence and fix this simple mistake, Thank you

You made a 911 call while waiting for your weed plants to finish because you heard people upstairs in the house you were squatting in... You then saw the cops, went back inside, and swapped characters. I went to you, said 'Get back on your character', and you did! Then the cops saw you again, and you said 'I'm just eating pizza, not RPing right now, so I'm gonna go'... Then you left the server. You didn't LTAP, you LTARP'd. Leaving To Avoid Roleplay. The police were going to arrest you for your many weed plants!
I agree that this should be lowered, but not entirely removed just because you wanted to eat that costco pizza.
