Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):my game crashed i put a message in both discords to let everyone know my game had crashed yes it took around 15 mins to join back if anyone cares to jump in a discord call il share screen and show you myself how long it takes to load in and with the game crashing first time it loads up it gets stuck so i have to type retry making it so i have to then redo the whole loading screen i wasnt even back in the server 60 seconds and i was banned i dont think any rule has been broken here i let them know in both server and police discord my game crashed and i was joining back i joined back no one was around the area and then i got bannedÂ
Why should you be unbanned? its not really my fault if the game crashes this isnt something i have done before so im confused why it says x2 that was the first interaction i have had with someone today i cant control how long its going to take my pc takes to load into the server my game crashed due to driving a car which i wont be doing again

Hey man. I was the staff member who administered the ban. I didn't see what you put in on the Diverge Discord. I did wait for you. I told the cops to wait for a couple more minutes for you to load back in. It might've been that you crashed. Another point I wanted to point out is that PO stands for Previous Offense, which means you've LTARPed twice before this current ban. That is what pushed me to make the decision to ban you, considering what you have on your notes and previous bans.
But I will get in touch with the cops that we're in that situation or the RP scenario you were in. Considering the RP scenario you were in was a serious one, after coming from a townhouse and straight into a cop chase, I went and made the decision to ban you.
But as to what i see on your appeal, it does seem like this is the actual case, so on my end, I would like this ban to be taken off, but we will wait on what UA has to say, ok?
Just try to mention a staff member next time in the diverge discord whenever things like these happen.

honestly if it has happened before it would of been from my game crashing my pc isnt the best so i have problems with that sometimes and yeah i did try find them when i logged back in but no one was around so i wasnt sure what to do and then the ban happened i have no problem showing a admin how bad it is sometimes it takes the piss to load back in haha
