Reason for Ban: RDM, POx3
Length of Ban: I was told my NS that I was getting a one day ban and then when my friend saw the message in game after, it said a week, at the time I didn't believe him but following up on the diverge website was when I discovered that he extended it to a week.
Reason for Dispute: We were running a series of boxing matches near townhall, I had multiple friends who can explain that to go into the ring you had to wait your turn and a lot of people who came in were swiftly removed via shooting when they would stab us. The guy that I RDMed went into the ring and wasn't supposed to be so I exercised force against him with my shotgun. At the time I thought nothing of it, but since looking back on it, I've realized that I did not have the authority to be doing that and I apologize profusely. I very much enjoy the server and have boxing matches coming up that overlap with my ban, and even continuing on that, I'm attempting to make a faction, which means I'm needed by my other co-founders and I'm also losing a lot of potential money from these fights I wont be able to go to. I understand that anyone who replies to this will probably read it and think about how in this specific situation, it was nothing but my own actions that made me lose these opportunities and if I was so worried about it in the first place I should've avoided putting myself into a situation where I act out of order. Once again I take full responsibility for my actions and once again apologize profusely.
Why should I be unbanned: I enjoy this server to a surprising degree, I have met a lot of nice people, a lot of new friends. That's why I want to be able to play, and once again I take responsibility for my actions and admit that if I want to play this server, I have to first follow the rules. I hope that I've met the required criteria for a ban appeal.

Hi, Staff member who administered the ban here. The reason why I banned you it's because you straight up shot the guy who fell off inside the cage, without warning him, and that is ignoring the fact that this boxing matches were taking place in a ring placed in the middle of the street with no previous authorization. I set the ban on 1 week because of the previous offenses of RDM you had plus being really disrespectful towards everybody in the Staff sit. UA will oversee it and take the decision on whether to shorten the ban or not.

UA will oversee it and take the decision on whether to shorten the ban or not.I can completely understand where you were coming from especially since I was arguing with the guy, who spent every second of the sit mocking me about getting in trouble and then when you tell us that you are gonna issue me a ban, he continues to make fun of me about it and act like a dick which is when I asked you if you could hurry up. You also said "I'm gonna be banning you for a day, so you can think about your actions", to which the other guy started insulting me and my family and telling you to extend the ban. I do not understand how if you extended the ban to a week for my PO's and "bad" attitude during a sit, then why didn't you tell me while I was in the sit?. You quite literally said jesus christ when you brought up a page on me showing my past on the server and still said a day, but then because of my past, you extended it and didn't even let me know in game, which in my opinion makes no sense.
