Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was acting stupid trying to play on the server when I knew I should have. I know the rules well I just make the choice not to follow them. It's been a while since I've been on the server and realized how much I lust for Diverge. If I'm allowed to come back to the server I won't create any more problems and I'll just be a normal player.
Why should you be unbanned? I've made mistakes and done stupid things but the initial ban was only for 10 days, although it was dumb to risk it all over 10 days I'm just asking for another chance to play and unwrite my wrongs. Before I got banned there was a long history of roleplay and following the rules and I want to continue that and move past from my spurt of breaking rules and causing issues. I'm not asking to be unbanned all I ask is that is is lowered from a perm.

Listen I know there's not a lot I can say to persuade you that I am actually going to stand behind my word and actually just enjoy the server for what it is, I felt like I did everything on the server, and breaking rules and doing dumb shit was foreign. The time I spent as a staff was some of the better times and after everything that went down I was kinda butt hurt to put it blunt. Even if it's a year a month it doesn't matter to me as long as I am able to come back and show that I'm not just some rule-breaking fag but just a role-following fag, I never did gain anything from the rules I broke only lost something I enjoyed get on daily.

This dude has shown time and again that he has no regard for the rules, for example, when he got banned for three days for metagaming info about a detective's infiltration into a faction he had a character in, only have access to this info because he has a sergeant in PD. So if he did this, who knows if he actually just meta games all the other info from PD to the faction, raids, C.I's, etc. Then him getting banned for 10 days probably once again for his own actions, and then him trying to ban evade, and receiving the fair reaction of automatically being perm banned due to the seriousness of what he was tryna do. Personally I think going over this info, all that you see is someone who has once again, time and time again broken the rules with no regards to the other players, then once he realizes that he actually has to face his punishment he try's to get out of it, and then receives a even harsher punishment, that once again he feels that he should be given lenience with, instead of being forced to face his punishment like every other person who try's to do shit like this. -1 Low quality player

I don't know what I did to hurt your feelings but you're bringing up the information you barely know half of, the ban about metagame was on another character that wasn't active at the time and had no contact with the faction responsible. The video got leaked from an IA File which was shared with other IA members and the necessary parties, my role in the it was purely confidential. Before the bans I was a very active eventually high ranking family member where my roleplay was pristine as well as my record, you wouldn't catch me unmuted in the discord. I was also an admin for 2 months beforehand taking over 650 tickets. But sure, call me a low quality player based off info you read shadowing discord general.
