We will be bringing Australian gangstas and a new restaurant to the city Hopefully going to be an outback steak house
Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The Parada Family, a notorious criminal organization, emerged from the shadows of The Great Land Of Australia in the early 20th century. Founded by Michael Parada, a charismatic and cunning strategist, the family established itself as a dominant force in the criminal underworld and a rival of the Honored Society of Australia. Michael growing up had a tough life having lost both parents and having to join the military for the early years of his life. Michael, later fighting for his country was shot and wounded and set home with a gratitude star for his injuries. Michael returned home to a thankful nation but they were distraught with the local mob terrorizing his local community and threatening to tax them. Michael being a brave veteran, ignored the fellow mob and decided to make authentic Australian food and start selling to local grocers. Michael did not receive more than what he needed to survive from this but it allowed him to meet the future love of his life and future wife Eileen. Later the local mob came through and started taxing his community and he just couldn't take it anymore he riled up every crazy Australian in his community armed them and challenged the local mob. Outnumbered and out armed Michael's assault succeeded and with this win, he became the leader of the Parada Family. Michael's ruthless ambition and unwavering loyalty to those who joined his ranks allowed the Parada Family to flourish. The Parada family all though viscous pursued the great crafts of making authentic Australian food. Through this passion, the Parada family opened up the one and only first outback house back in Australia itself using it as a front to launder the real money that came in from there not so legal side hustles After this Michael, driven by his newly found power and wealth, united them under a common cause: survival in a hostile city. Through calculated heists, bribery, extortion, and just basic hustling the Parada Family secured their foothold. The family operated like a well-oiled machine, with each member having a distinct role that contributed to their criminal empire's growth.
As the years passed, Michael’s iron grip extended beyond traditional criminal endeavors. The family infiltrated legitimate businesses, corrupting them for their gain. Their criminal web expanded into various activities, including smuggling, Arms dealing, gambling, and Drug distribution. The Parada Family's influence reached into law enforcement and politics, ensuring their operations remained concealed.
However, power struggles and betrayals were inevitable. Michael's death in a mysterious assassination attempt led to a fierce internal war for leadership. His Two Nephews, Phillip Dong III, And Garry Sanders II, emerged victorious, solidifying Phillip’s place as the new head of the family and Garry as his right-hand man.
Under Phillip’s leadership, the Parada Family embraced modern technologies while maintaining traditional criminal practices. They utilized Political Influence, money laundering, and international connections to expand their global reach. With each generation, the family's legacy continued, evolving and adapting while remaining an indomitable force in the criminal underworld. The name Parada became synonymous with fear, power, and an underworld empire that seemed impenetrable, Until a violent coup forced the two cousins, Phillip, Garry, What's left of the Parada fortune And a few henchmen to flee to the southside of New York, They now are attempting to rebuild their once great criminal empire.

Not a bad application by any means. I think you've got a strong base and you've connected your backstory to some of your members which is great. I also like that you're Australian for the diversity.
My only issue is text layout mainly. It's not required to use a google doc but I think it may benefit you if you put your information in there, broke up the paragraphs and potentially added some images - it would make it that little bit easier to read.
But, yah good luck! you've definitely got something going here.

Unfortunately the application is very vague, the example for what unique RP the applicant faction provided is non existent and the faction has only 5 prospective members while the application has 3 replies of support only.
