There is already a scottish faction within the server who are thriving. I'm not saying there can't be another but this application is lacking.
1) Not enough members to qualify for a faction app
2) I don't believe you have enough play time to understand the RP involved with running a faction
3) Your backstory isn't up to par IMO.
I'd maybe close this one off, take a read of some of the 'accepted' backstories and create a much richer, RP dense backstory for consideration, as I personally don't believe you'll get accepted with this one.
