Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have been staff before on this server and other MafiaRp Servers I understand the rules very well and have a lot of knowledge about MafiaRp as ive been here for 3 Years which gives me a huge boost. I want to help the community by upholding the rules and giving more roleplay to users. I Enjoyed my last time as staff and felt I had an impact on the community in a good way. I also feel as though my timezone helps right now as Ive noticed low staff on at early EU hours and quite a bit of minging at those times.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have been staff on two of the biggest mafiaRP servers in the last 3 years which means I have a great idea on what is in the rules and how to behave like a member of staff. My experiences also give me good insight on what to look out for while staffing. Being Staff before like I said is a great help as well as my general Knowledge on most rules almost off by heart I want to better the community and not have Minges and incompetent users ruin that for others Ive seen many times in good RP situiations people ruin that by acting idiotic or abusing their Donator Perms.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: 1 hour ban for Prop climb back in 2021
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say im pretty known in the community from a multitude of characters. Also being staff as well in the past makes me more known as well. Speaking to people through voice chats while playing other games as well. Having been in almost every side of this server from FBI, NYPD, US Marshals, DEA, Criminal, Political partys and Government Rp as well as staff some members are going to not like me thats more than likely a given while some users might. Now that I have been playing this gamemode for a while your going to get people who dislike you from your times in RP positions that have hurt their chars or Factions. While of course some might like you for it or just like you in general I tend to try to be a likeable person and have every now and again.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would switch character to my staff char and take the ticket. I would speak to both sides then ask to receive any evidence I would also make sure to check through logs to make sure this wasn't old or fake evidence. I would then issue either a ban, note or explain to the member getting these on what he did wrong. Finally I would then hand him the rules to read.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Id get evidence of what the member of staff is doing creating a file of solid proof and then hand it up to a senior Admin+ depending on the rank.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would pull anyone involved in the minging or rdm to a sit and get all evidence against them while doing this I would check logs to make sure this is all true and that they did RDM. If the evidence is sufficient I would then issue a ban or note on either MRDM (depending on the amount of killings) NITRP, Or general minge. Even if they are friends of mine it doesnt give them the excuse to ruin others game play experience.

You've been part of the community for a while and I have seen you around a lot more lately. I'm in a mix right now thought about if I should +1 or -1 right now though. The 5 sentence question arn't answered fully in 5 sentences so I can't get that much more information about you. If you explain more on those I will be able too decide but for now -1

Don't really know how to feel about this right now, I've known coco for a while now and he is a good guy but recently you've been a bit dense. Got removed from PD earlier today by Rem for minging I am guessing? Not too sure the exact reasoning there.
If you clean up your act a bit and there are no more problems during your application, +1.

I get what your saying but that is not true at all. I haven't receive a note/warn in over a year, that I was aware of and even if I did get one yesterday that situations could be taken either way. ICly I did everything right but I do see an OOC perspective of potential doing it too much. It all happened in the space of a minute and may of looked that way. I mean I'm sat here with 1 ban back from 2021 towards the start of Diverge.
