Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Recently there has been a lot of minges during early hours when i get on meaning people could loose a lot of stuff for no reason and i believe i would be able to assist the staff team in the early hours of the day. I want to assist the server as much as i can and help it be the best possible experience for everyone involved and i believe i can do that by being staff.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have 3 years worth of experience in mafiaRP and over a year worth in staff experience on other servers this will help me in being staff and i will therefore know more than the average player that joins the staff team. I have knowledge of the staff commands on the server already due to me being staff here earlier which others wont have. Anyone that has interacted with me recently knows that i want to improve the RP and generally just the quality of the server. Currently a lot of minges are around which i could get rid of and since there is currently not a lot of EU staff i would be able to get on before others.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: From what i know my reputation in the community is good i have been within the MafiaRP community for 3 years and 3 months. A lot of people know who i am i and i believe they like me.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Firstly i would make sure i don't have any involvement in the situation and i would then go on my staff character and claim the ticket. Press the bring button and talk to the person that was allegedly RDMd after reviewing the evidence i would bring the offender hear his side of the story and if there is enough evidence i would ban the offender.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. I would get evidence on several occasions of him abusing and i would then send it to a UA.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If the evidence is legitimate and there is clear proof of him minging on the server i would take the reports and make sure to either ban or give him a note for doing so. He should not be minging on the server

Metagaming will always be a problem and never not be. I mean most of the community runs off of discord. But, if you actually metagame on a staff role were you should be enforcing it. I just don't see it right giving it back. My logic is if someone does it once it will happen again. I've experienced this in my past with other people on servers. But, people can change It just matters if they wanna.

Nothing personal, but habits stick. This prior record along with the low effort on the staff application makes me think you aren't that serious about it.

Im not denying that it happenede but should people not be given a 2nd chance?
There are plenty of people that have been on the staff team that got perma banned or removed from the staff team but have turned themselves around and become good staff members on the server.
These things happened nearly 2 years ago and i would personally believe that i have changed and that i have gone beyond what i did before.
My staff app is truthful i wanna help the server and at the end of the day its up to you guys if i become staff or not all i can do is apply and try and show that i want to help the server that i have played on for 3 years.
