Reason for ban: fail corruption it happened before i could explain
Length of ban: 1 week ( little extreme for a first offense don't you think?)
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): He took me to a sit said i'm being banned for fail corruption, while i was arresting a guy for processing, wouldn't allow me to explain fully or answer my questions removed me from a faction. then banned me for a week.
Why should you be unbanned? Maybe not unbanned but a week seems kinda lengthy for a first offense.

This just isn't what happened I brought you to a sit while you were in sewers with nobody, I asked you about a situation where you "found" methaqualone in old country and called for detectives and a full investigation into the owners of the property. I brought up the fact that you dropped the power after taking it from a shipment then you said that someone then picked it up and took it to said building then you took pics of it there because of that. The logs showed you clearly dropping it in said building not you dropping it in impound lot and someone carrying it over, then you started backpedalling and saying that I have no way to prove it ic so that i cant do anything and basically admitted that you did plant the evidence. Due to the clear rule break and attempt to lie about it I decided to PD blacklist you and ban you for a week. (btw i clipped the entire sit so don't try and lie again)

The first thing you're wrong about is the fact that I literally said when you first pulled me can we have this conversation in the sewers because I found someone who was processing and waiting for them to come back so I could arrest them so yes I was in the middle of an arrest if you want to challenge me on that feel free to post the entire video in the comments second I said that you can't prove it icely and that there has to be some sort of internal investigation for me to be approved from that third of all I did not lie about anything in those event happened you wouldn't let me explain what I was trying to actually happened and that it wasn't me who did it it was my brother who was playing on my account but you never let me get that far you just decided to not answer any of my questions and ban me you for a whole week. because regardless of that I said that I did it out of the gate I I didn't get to explain the reasoning how someone else picked it up which wasn't me it was my brother who was playing on my account and you don't just fire people from PD there's an internal investigation and review that occurs first and it has to be done through in character methods you did none of these things and that's what I wanted to argue about
So let's try again why don't we have a legitimate sit down and I will explain the situation to you like reasonable people and talk before you just decide that you don't like what you hear and hit the ban hammer because I'm really tired of admins doing that on this server and I’m not the only person that's saying that. and I'm tired of other people not being held to the same accountability because they pay money on or they hold a high admin position, the server while we're at it. because things like this are going to kill your server in the long run. so let's just sit down and talk like adults, OK? because I came back and literally the first thing that you did was ban me there was no conversation there was no meeting with IA there was no meeting anyone else you didn't review it in an IC manner and there have been plenty of people that have done this exact thing before that you're claiming and none of them have been held to the same accountability or faced the same amount of punishment and that is completely ridiculous. Now I'm sorry if these things offend you but it doesn't make them any less true so if you want an apology from me for the situation earlier regarding me and my brother and not knowing any of the rules you have it. if you want an apology from me for everything else I've said here I'm not giving it.

'My brother did it' is not a good excuse. You are responsible for your account.
This is in the server rules ^
You're not allowed to plant evidence without permission and you obviously didn't, so you can still be banned and blacklisted; you kept lying to James which is why he blacklisted you to begin with.
You will serve the 7 days for corruption and I will not reduce it cause you make annoying claims about how the server runs and operates when you get punished for breaking a rule and you clearly don't give a shit, get over yourself.
You can appeal your PD blacklist WITH PD after a few weeks.
