It is truly upsetting to see when a member of the community is upset and apologies for the inconvenience you are facing.
The unfortunate reality is that it just doesnt work all the time to have SO many cars ripping around. As staff and fellow community members, we share your sentiment about wanting to be able to drive more and that day will come. But for right now, we ask kindly for patience while a solution is found to have vehicles active at all times. As it sits, you can spawn vehicles until more than 75 players are active. 75 has been found to be the absolute maximum for stability purposes and to deliver the most clear and concise RP experience possible.
As Rem stated, you are able to return the vehicle if you are unable to play when server population is lower. In the future, please express your concern in a more civil manner though as it allows others to be more empathetic to your point. We do thank you for being a part of this community and sincerely hope you are willing to work with us while a solution is found.

Nobody forced you to buy the car, it's common knowledge that vehicles cannot be used past 75, your fault for buying it.
This system isn't permanent and will only exist until we can properly facilitate vehicles at high players.
