Reason for ban: evading punishment

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I sorry for making an atl account and try to evade the punishment. I accept the punishment for my action. I will not evade any punishment on the sever ever again. What I did was wrong and petty. I will not do anything like this again. I won't disobey any of the staff or mods of the sever. I won't rdm or try to join someone else shoot out without reason. what i did was wrong and the punishment was justify, I promise to never do it again.
Why should you be unbanned? I am huge fan of diverge I love the roleplay of the server. I miss being in the town a lot.
i love the 1980 era, old New York and how it was. also love the community in the server. It makes you feel welcome to another family you didn't know you had. I want to return that love back in the community by bring more roleplay aspects to the town and bring a little more authentic underworld roleplay to the community.

Personally, I will vouch for this man till the end of time. This is the man that really got me taking this rp shit serious, showed me the ropes, how to make money, all that stuff. I will admit sometimes he does dumb things and makes silly mistakes but at the end of the day he was a great rp'er and one of my favorites to engage in RP with. I believe Micky deserves a second chance he's paid the time for the crime and he truly does enjoy this server and the community with it i know my opinion is irrelevant but it's a +1 for me.

You broke Global rule 7. Punishment Evasion: If you have received a punishment on any of our platforms, under no circumstances are you to try and evade. If it prevents you from accessing a platform, submit an appeal on our forums or wait it out if it's timed. They have ways of checking this stuff out, it wasn't a good idea to create an alt. Now you are taking extra steps to get unbanned when you could've just waited it out and avoided this entire situation. Honestly, it's not a good look on your part. Im not trying to be a dick here, but you have to see it from my perspective.

Here to vouch for Mickey. I personally haven't seen too many other people as dedicated to that server as Mickey was/is. He has a genuine love for that game, and that server in particular.
I know he's donated money to the server, was always active, and always looking for ways to try and make money or do something fun with the faction.
yes, he did break the rules, and yes he tried to get around his ban, and he has admitted to and apologized for both of these infractions. I firmly believe he should be given another chance in the server.
Maybe it sounds a bit weird to say it like this, but Mickey has a genuine passion for the server and the game as a whole, and despite the fact that some people/mods feel annoyed with him sometimes, i believe it would be a true detriment to the city if Mickey was not in it.

I will keep it as short as I can. First off, Mickey is one of the most dedicated players to this server. More than that he has financially invested into this server. He was informed he would be allowed to appeal come first thing in September and he followed through by waiting till that appointed time. There hasn't been very many if any other people on this server that has brought as much life and excitement as Mickey has. I know it's just a game but people make real friendships and connections through gmod. I would say his punishment was justified just as he has admitted but allowing this to continue just wouldn't make sense. I appreciate all the staff does to keep the server clean and operating smoothly so this isn't me bashing anyone. I just feel like his time away has been more then sufficient for his actions. He genuinely makes that server so much fun for so many people. In closing, I'd hope you would consider allowing him to have another chance and hope he will take that second chance and make good of it.
