What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * Initially, I was inspired by cabooses' application. I'm at a point in the game where I've accomplished a little and now am seeking more. I feel like I could contribute to the server by being active in taking tickets and giving service that unbiased. I would like to help clean up the server and aid in ridding it of minges or those that have no intention of RPing. And, of course, help those in need of staff support rather than them waiting ages to be assisted with their needs.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I feel like I have proven to be someone mature and unbiased when it comes to the role play world. Even when put in positions of power, judge, I never have abused it and have given everyone a fair chance at the game without being swayed by outside influences or alt characters' lives. I'm very proactive when it comes to taking care of tickets and as a staff member I will put in the same work ethic. I think the server could use more active staff members and the community would be happy to have good fair service.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers?
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say throughout all my characters, I am fairly well known in the server. Although, not all affiliated groups get along, I am still able to maintain good relations throughout all character lives and with a positive reputation. I role play, have fun, serious when needed and just want everyone to have a good time. I would hope that other members have positive thoughts of any of my characters.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would check to see who is on and wait a little bit. After, if no one answers the ticket, I would hop over and give them the proper warnings or ban if needed.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would keep an eye out and document what I could. If the situation worsens, I would let UA know and give what notes I have.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I'm pretty lucky with the friends I have and I know for sure some that don't play gmod that would 100% minge. At first, I'd pull them in and read the rules to them as well as give them the warning. Second time, I would re read him the rules and give him a temp ban for a couple hours. Anything after that would be too much and I would proceed like it was anyone else. I know my friends, even the trolls would complain, but ultimately laugh it off and probably play something else. Either way, I would do what needs to be done for the sake of the server and the community we have all built.
