PK Appeal - Lemuro - 10-08-2023

Reason for PK: I tied a man today in Gateway Tires, dragged him into my car and took him to that really far warehouse where I promptly stripped him of his valuables. After the mug, I changed my disguise as I am aware of the recognition timer rule:

Due to a sit that the person I mugged made (which was invalid), he saw my new disguise whilst in the sit area and after I was returned, he took pictures of me (as that allows him to PK me later on) and so I went up to him and told him to stop, using my voice. This means he could have fully PK'd me right there and then, but he didn't. I changed my disguise for a second time and went on my way. After the timer was done I also changed my disguise a third time. I was killed around 30-40 minutes after I tied the man and was instantly PK'd.
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Not only was I not killed in the 20 minute timer but Marzii, the admin who approved the PK, confirmed himself that:

I was the Pk'ing Administrator. I came back from being AFK to 3 people making tickets about wanting to PK you after you mugged a guy of theirs. I took one of them and he explained everything. I went through logs and saw that you tied him up and mugged him for a suit of his. I accepted the PK and they hunted you down and killed you.

Hi, I’m the guy you mugged and all I want to say is you didn’t switch player models and you were driving the same red and yellow car the entire time. There was nobody else in the city driving a red and yellow Citroen and that’s how I got pictures of you in your new disguises. If someone wants those pictures my discord is zx_v

"If someone has committed an offense against you (Act of violence, mugging, etc) you may recognize them based on their voice and clothing for up to 20 minutes afterwards."
You can't recognize me off of my player model but you can recognize me off my clothing which is why I changed them a second time after you took a picture of me, and the price of your suit has nothing to do with how long you can hunt me for. I totally believe that you guys could have killed me if you did it within the 20 minutes after I tied you, which unfortunately you didn't.

It does seem kinda suspicious to me that you created the Character 10/07 and 3 minutes later, you were given 50K+ from a person which I am assuming is your friend, you went and used that money to get a citron, clothes, flashlight, and restraints, and lockpiclks. You log on the next day and started mugging people. It seems like this character was creating for mugging/ stealing purposes since I have not seen any actual transactions from this character. Now, anyone who makes a mugging characters and that said character get's pk'd, they usually don't whine and appeal it but guessing that you stole really expensive valuables from players then obviously you would appeal it.

No, this was a criminal character not a mugging character, I did other criminal activities such as processing drugs, etc. In the sit I mentioned, you had already reported me for being a mugging character and it was invalid and we were both returned.
