Reason for the blacklist (if given): PET flag abuse sending my car flying
Why should they be returned?: I've learned that what I did was very wrong and not responsible and I've been without my perms for a week and I think that I'm ready to have them back and go help around and build stuff for people like I used to. I'm sure I'm more responsible for having my pet flags back and to start building stuff again and ill use my pet flags better and will not do what I did in the past.
