PK Reason: I do not know the reason and was never told the reason.
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
To start I want to make it clear that my position in this faction was a nomad which is what most factions consider a warpig. A player that gets on to help in times of need but isn't active. My reasoning for this appeal is because my pk i feel was highly metagamed and powered gamed over me. Overall, I don't know why I was pked in the first place and my only thought would be ooc reasons. On top of this I have been threated by the individual who I assume ordered my pk on discord (OOC) that he was going to pk me. Along with this he as my higher up requested me on the game knowing I was already on as a different character having had interacted with my other character. along with this, their was no possible way for me to avoid this pk in game play. I was talking to them and turned around and the next thing I knew I was shot in the back of the head.
My referenced rules:
You cannot use an OOC reason to PK someone. Leave beef on the server, this is a video game
Do not speak of in game matters in OOC
Discord is generally considered OOC unless it is owned by Diverge Networks, and has the channel clearly stated as IC. I.E: [IC], [In Character]
■ You may not bait someone into a PK. This means that starting a confrontation in order to escalate it then use that as a reason to PK someone, this is not permitted.
■ (Ex: Harm in a physical, or financial way. There has to be tangible damages. You can not PK over hurt pride or a bruised ego)

■ The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, the family, or another member of the family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+7,500$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for up one time. Having continued issues or warnings about behaviour or disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (Be sure to record all encounters/transgressions)
You may not invent evidence to force a roleplay nor may you take OOC matters into IC
Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc,
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I've provided evidence of him threating me and @ me on discord to get on. I didn't get a video of the PK and the individual who pked wouldn't provide me with the clip of me being pked.
RE: PK Appeal - ZOOMER - 10-19-2023
Hello, as per what is listed at the Character Appeals rules, all PKs must be appealed within a week. Any appeals made after a week of the original PK date will be automatically denied.
Couple of things to note:
- I don't really think that a person DMing you that you are going to be PKed is in any way metagaming. Metagaming pertains the use of OOC information as IC information. I don't see how a person telling you that you're going to be PKed on-sight is in any way metagaming at all.
- As per the dedicated discord rules (https://divergenet.works/forums/showthread.php?tid=5774), faction discord servers owned and overseen by UA/Management can be used for IC purposes. The only exception to this rule are voice channels. All IC-labelled text chats can be used for IC purposes.
- Your PK was approved by your faction leader for "not paying kickups and harassing fellow members". For further clarification, it's best if you contact your faction leader yourself.
