Reason for blacklist (if given): Attempting to crash/lag the server, using flags improperly
Why should they be returned?: rem warned me to remove the props, i complied, warned me never to do it again, i agreed, went afk, 5 min later return, flags removed. seems pointless to issue a warning only to remove my flags later anyway. mans trippin

When did I say it was for attempting to crash or lag the server?
Also I gave you a verbal warning before I saw how many POs you had and when I actually looked in logs to see what happened. You abused intentionally unusable NPCs and left the props up so other people could too. It's not something light.
