Reason for ban: ARDM (5PO's) / NITRP
Length of ban: 2 weeks
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was building in front of imperial trying to make a computer, and they got mad about it and shot me. So I came back and started building at the park right acrossed from it which I know I shouldn't have done but thought it might be fine NLR wise since I'm like 15-20 feet away and not interacting with anyone. So then while I'm building I see a cop arresting someone and was on the sidewalk that countinues from imperial, and I decided to walk up to them and ask what's going on, then saw that the cops didn't have a car so I offered them mine and got pulled to a sit. I don't understand how I RDM'ed anyone throughout this, and just wanted to enjoy building since I just bought donator tonight and wanted to use it. I don't understand how anything I did was ARDM, or NITRP. I understand that I broke NLR by interacting with the cop who was on the same sidewalk as imperial, but in all this I only broke NLR which I'm not sure if I even have a warn for, and if I do it would be only one. I'm not asking for this whole thing to be undone, but I just wanted to build with my friends who were all sitting near imperial and don't understand why I was given a 2 week ban for that.
Why should you be unbanned?: I didn't even try to RDM someone and was just trying to build and chill with some buddies. I understand that I broke NLR, but I was RPing all night and had every intent to countinue to do that. Also I'm sorry that I broke NLR and I will read over the rules in the future to prevent this, as well as fight the temptation to see what's going on acrossed the street from me if I can't interact with that area.

Youve been a minge ALL WEEK, constant issues, i watched you break NLR, ARDM and blame it on the guy who killed you for trying to RDM, i told about 10 mins before i pulled you into the sit to please read the rules! i read the rules to you while in the NLR sit, i asked you to take a min to read them which you replied to me you knew the rules.. you straight up told me and i quote: "i just wanna build for a bit then head to bed and then fuck around with my friends tmrw" i dont understand how hard it is to not minge!!!!! it takes about 20 mins to read the basic rules and understand, read the rules!!!!!!

I'd just like to reiterate what RaeLynn was saying. In my opinion two weeks is lenient considering you have amassed 5 RDM warnings in one month... and this doesn't include other warnings and bans.

When someone threatened my life I pulled out my sniper (the shotgun that can change ammo types lol) and started messing with the attachments and then scoped in when he killed me, which I thought was ARDM for him to pull a gun on me in the road and tell me to leave but you disagreed so I rolled with that. After that the time frame for me to show you the clip of the incident and the sit progress it was far over 15 minutes so I assumed NLR would be done by then and returned to the place of my death and began building. Unless your thinking of a different incident, but from my perspective someone pulling a gun on you and threatening to kill you will give you a valid cause to defend or attempt to defend yourself within a short window.

You broke RP by saying RDM/ other OOC terms. You were minging with props and building on the road and intentionally trying to annoy people. You then justify your attempt in killing someone because "they pulled a gun out on you" when you were the CAUSE of that to begin with. You are attempting to kill bait and I don't think you realize that.
Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.
We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
