Reason for PK: "Attacked Police Officer and died"
Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The police officer first instigated combat by shooting at me first thus a PK rule was violated due to him instigating combat first.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: No evidence was provided and it was only streamed to the staff member. I am requesting the evidence.

So as the staff member who pked you here’s my reasoning. I was shown a clip and have been sent it now(https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/1BxySBEDEgQ2sU/d13371K18tMP?invite=cr-MSxLZ0IsNjk3NTYxOTcs) in the clip it starts right after he shot your tire and you can hear him state in the clip that he got your tire. I wouldn’t consider that to be starting a shootout with you since it was About 30 seconds before you died and it’s making an attempt to apprehend you. So he didn’t start combat he was trying to apprehend you then some civs drive you off the road along with the popped tire and you try to kill the cop but don’t see he got out and he kills you. My second question is when I pulled you I asked if you had any questions and you didn’t ask any so not sure why this wasn’t brought up then but anyways that’s my reasoning have a great day.

Hey, Yuki I would like to clarify some things, even if he shot my tire he still did damage to me and shot me which instigates combat. Also to add on this isn't the full clip when the first instigation started. Which to me looks like invalid evidence as that isn't the full clip, also I was actually unsure who killed me there as there were civilians that weren't involved attempting to stop me all I asked you who was it that killed me.

I was not clipping at the time, all I can say that that isn't the full clip, where's when we first interacted? He directly shot me and dealt damage to me I would like to see the full clip also.

Oh hey, I actually was present for this. If I remember correctly, I was driving around and I saw an officer basically mag dump at a vehicle. When I got turned around and caught up the dude was already dead.

the cop is initiating violent confrontation in an attempt to disable the tire, it remains to be seen if it's validated, i.e. is the perp dangerous enough to warrant that, otherwise why fire at an unarmed suspect
ergo its the cop initiating
without further context not much can be said, if the suspect was violent towards police first the logs don't support that, so in this circumstance I would see it fit to lift the PK
It seems however, the character no longer exists. Meaning you, Pilgrim deleted it. Once a character is deleted it is gone forever and the data cannot be recovered, so while this appeal would be accepted, I can't do anything about it now.
Closing this and moving to denied sadly!
