PK Appeal Format
Below is the format that you must followed when making a PK appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.
Rules:
You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again.
You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied.
You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the PK. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.
You must follow the provided template for the appeal, failure to do so will result in an instant denial.

Why I should be unPked is because I really enjoy that character as it's my lawyer char and I enjoy representing all of my clients I am all for PK and not it's all a fair system but I do not believe this is fair in any way as i was being shot at by a MOB of people and Me killing one Another approached firing at me and what I later found out was a Detective there was no way of me knowing, he made no attempt in stating his identify and it would be hard to do in a active fire fight but then again it would of all been resolved if he was just wearing the SOP needed badge for detectives that's the whole point in wearing them to be able to be identified in plain clothes...

One of the rules for PD in plainclothes states:
"Officers who are patrolling in plain clothes or respond to a situation in plain clothes may have certain restrictions on their ability to PK. For example, if you a plainclothes officer attempt to confront a suspect from a distance and they open fire on you without the knowledge you are a cop (as you are not identifiable from a distance) and you kill them, it will not be a PK."
From your POV you were in a shootout with another civ and you killed him then in your eyes another one comes over and starts shooting at you it was fair enough of you to know that he was a cop as he had no badge and was very far away. So this fits with in the rule as not being a PK.
Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.
Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
