Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I learn my lession i was just bored and want to mess around i wont call the cop and switch char.
Why should you be unbanned?I think a week a little much just want to get ready for what going to come.

Because its not outlined here you were banned because you went on a brand new char made a 911 call in a rival faction's building that would have gotten the place raided, and then you changed char before they got there. I brought you to a sit and you tried to act dumb I could tell from your voice that you knew it was wrong but did it anyway and you showed no remorse for your action. i checked your notes and you had a perma ban and had recently gotten off of a 3-day ban so I believed that a 1 week ban was just.
