Not a fantastic app but I think we need some dedicated civilian factions again. In my opinion the backstory is lacking quite a bit - I'd probably put a bit more time and effort into it and maybe come up with a mock business model of how the faction intends to operate etc.
Pros:
- Experienced leader
- Civilian faction
Cons:
- Backstory is really lacking, not very compelling
- Could benefit from learning about the structure of the faction

+1 It would be great to have a newer and more active oil company than Teamsters, even though the backstory is a little short. I still think that this could bring a lot of civilian roleplay, with people not having to join a faction just to survive and make money on the server.
