Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I have taken a short break from the Diverge server and since I've been back I've been really enjoying the server. I want to help improve the server as a whole by taking care of the rulebreakers and help make the server a fun and friendly place. I also want to apply so I can do something if I am not on my NYPD character or another character.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * You should consider me over other candidates because of my past experiences. For example I have 13 bans to my name, this would be a rare and very useful skill in being a staff member such as knowing when a player made a genuine incident or if he's just minging and not intending to roleplay. Not only this but I have a very long playtime on the server and I have been in this community for almost two years now. I can also easily exceed the weekly ticket quota by a landslide while also making accurate and precise decisions.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Nope!
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been banned on diverge for RDM, Lying to staff. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say I am a well known person in the community I would say my reputation varies heavily on the person you would ask but generally a nice and chill guy. Although I am not very active on the discord server, I have played Lethal Company with Monaclu and worm town in the NYPD discord. I will admit, some people do not like me due to me having a erp with a npc ban or the just dont like my personality.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would first take evidence of the situation and then make a ticket and provide the admin with the evidence.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would first gather evidence over time and then talk to the super admins or higher.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If a faction / friend of mine has been accused of RDM'ing and minging I would tell another admin to take the ticket due to possible bias.
