Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: To help give back to the server. Mainly interested in eventually becoming a game master to run innovative and fun events. Also look forward to be able to help in RP (e.g. forensics). It would give me more opportunities to become involved in many aspects of the server. Lastly being able to help keep the server enjoyable by helping deal with those who intend to ruin the experience for others.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I'm rather experienced in staff positions (first joined a staff team in 2018), and since then undertaking a variety of roles and ranks, each with different challenges. Secondly I'm rather active, spending a lot of time on the server in both peak and non-peak times. Due to my time zone, being able to be active when others are not.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Infinity Gaming (2018-2019) Trial Mod - Super Senior Admin [Staff Manager Aprox 1 Year], Chieftain Gaming (Administrator and Game Master [2-3 Months]), Trilogy Gaming (Trial Mod > Community Manager [7-8 Months])

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'd say I'm quite well known about the server, primarily for the PD Character, I'd like to say that people think I'm friendly and approachable (But when your known for PD some people will not be as appreciative)

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Take a clip and make a staff sit (it would be un-biast for you to take the sit yourself) and wait for a senior member of staff to take the sit. From there approach the situation as if you were not staff. (providing evidence etc.)
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there are other staff on allow them to take the ticket, however if there are not take the ticket, listen to the description of what happened and any evidence provided and make a decision to the best of my judgement. Inform them that if they disagree to the outcome of the sit they can always make an appeal on the fourms.
