Reason for blacklist (if given): Prop abuse
Why should they be returned?: It has been a long time since my perms were removed, I believe this has given me time to reflect on what I did. I admit fully I was being a low quality user and deserved to have my perms taken away, so I apologize. If my flags were returned I would only use them to increase the roleplay experience.
