Reason for Ban: Powergaming
Length of Ban: 1 month
Reason for appeal: I've dedicated alot of time to this server and feel that a month was too long considering I only had 1 PO for powergaming from long ago. I was minging on a character right before I deleted him and was walking around townhall/spawn area with a cocaine brick floating in front of me. I had walked into the Robber's Den first and asked them if they wanted it and they obviously denied my offer and forced me off the property. I then walked to the Lucky Lady with the brick and walked in, I dropped the brick on the floor and called the police, then a guy who happened to be AFK came back and picked it up and as I was deleting the character he asked if it was mine. I was then running around on my new character and went AFK and came back to being in a sit with James. James asked what my reason was for doing it and I told him the truth, there wasnt one, I just wanted to minge a bit before I deleted the character. He didnt seem to believe me, I assume he thought I was targeting a certain faction. After some brief explanation he closed the sit, once again I went AFK and returned to being in another sit where he said "You called 911". I said "Yes", and he said "I will be banning you". In my ban message it listed PO x1 and then "Extensive PO's".
Why Should I be unbanned: I just would like for the ban at least to be reduced, I understand where James is coming from with him having personal connections to the faction he thought I was purposefully targeting, I just was minging more than anything. I'm also confused why it lists POx1 for Powergame and then also listing Mass PO's for other stuff not having to do with the current situation.

You got the ban that you did because you intentionally planted evidence for no valid reason, called the police on them then deleted the char letting you get away without any circumstances. That would have just gotten you a short ban but you have 12 bans on record 10 of them this year and 13 notes, you seem like a massive minge that has never learned not to break rules.

But as you yourself said the only reason you decided to ban me for longer was based on my history on the server that showed me being banned multiple times for other reasons, not for powergame. If you looked at my history with powergame as you once again said, I shouldve been banned for a significantly shorter amount of time than a month. I'm not asking for the ban to be completely revoked, I'm just hoping for a shorter amount of time.
