Why should you be unbanned?
I got murdered by a kid when I was talking to some other players and he is just randomly talking sht to them… first I let it pass… three times… but then after… many hours I was patrolling and he pointed a gun at somebody… I tried to restrain him but he shot me in the head… I rushed back to the scene but while I’m on my way I told the admin about it… she said I could not arrest him for shooting me. He is allowed to do that… I didn’t know about NLR sht so I confronted the kid a second time… and he shot and killed me again…. Now I got to admin sit, and then she told me she will be banning me for NLR and PD discharge??? What kind of unjustice is this.. the player SSD is 117870 …. I just felt like this is injustice by the law and the admin too wasn’t fair enuf she just let the kid go..
I got banned for 24 hours…. I feel like admins favor the ones who does being the hard ones and the ones who are new to the server are being criticized and demoralized victimized by its own ignorance.

I dont even know what is NLR...and even if i know.. i wouldnt intend to do it. plus... like i said... i was talking to other members and this kid was bugging them. and i let it pass many times... i wouldnt point a taser on him if he didnt cross too many lines... and when i did... i got shot by him and now im the one who got banned and discharged. I was the only cop online... and im not making it like i even want to arrest the kid... why do i feel like im the one who broke the rules.
that kid literally threatens other players... use a gun without gun license and just kill cops randomly even without having to be able to pull a single hands of thread out of the pocket...
Like how does that kid commit NLR and harassing and that’s when they tried to get me involved, get to walk away freely and Im the one who got the NLR and dishonorable charges.. for ssaving 4 lives by myself... cost me three times of my lives respawning... going to armory...equipping my items... and going to the crime scene..just to get humiliated by admin sit. Ok. thank youd Ms admin.

Currently going through the server rules, and more and more I am learning something new, I found things and rules that I unknowingly obstructed. And have a clearer understanding of what my actions lead to. As part of my learning and training being a staff

Hello, im the banning staff member.
About an hour before you starting breaking NLR, you was in a roleplay scene where guy 1 got shot and killed while you was attempting to arrest him, for a reason i dont know about, and when he came back to the location in about 3minutes time (i warned him for NLR), you tried to arrest him again eventhough he was killed, which means the situation is voided. He LTARPd when you tried arresting him and i pulled him into a sit when he came back to warn him.
you missed out ONE key thing. In the first sentence, you stated 'I got murdered by a kid when I was talking to some other players', thats not right. you was attempting to arrest the guy who then killed you for 'illegal open carry' which is fine for him to kill you because its a felony charge. Bare in mind, this is AFTER the guy LTARP'd.
When you was shot by him, you went back to the same place to try to arrest him for 'illegal open carry AND murdering a cop' which is breaking NLR. Hence, he shot you again for trying to arrest him for felony charges.
after you got shot, you called for a sit and said he RDM'd, i voided it and said you cannot go back to the same situation now. I sent you both back and watched over and within 1 minute, you run back to little italy and yet again try to arrest the SAME GUY for 'illegal open carry AND murdering a cop twice' which is breaking NLR YET AGAIN after i specifically told you that you cannot go back and arrest him for it.
I pull you to a sit and decide its best to do a staff discharge and a ban because you not only broke NLR twice-three times, you didnt listen to me when i told you not to.
'why do i feel like im the one who broke the rules' ..................... its because you did mate..
''get to walk way freely' .................. he didnt, he got warned for NLR, which wouldve happened to you if you didnt repetively broke it.

Ban is valid. Removal was harsh. Read up on NLR rules. I reversed your PD removal but if you do something similar then your PD removal won't be reversed again.
