Length of ban: 1 week
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): My buddy and I just joined this server last night for the first time. We had wandered around the server for a bit and found a group of fellas outside the diner. I walked up to the group and said that my name was Jimmy Jong and I was looking for some help. One member of the posse told me to "get the fuck out of here". I was hurt by this, so I got into a car and ran into the mean guy and his group of pals. I wasn't aware that what I did was wrong. My friend and I normally play prop hunt servers and this is one of our first times on an actual RP server, so I was unaware of a rule that states against this. I was also roleplaying as a very angry man since I was verbally assaulted when I was just asking for help.
Why should you be unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned because there wasn't a sit for this action. I wasn't told what I did was wrong, I was just banned. If I was told in a sit that what I did was wrong, it would of never happened again. I was completely unaware of what I did was wrong. Now that I know what I did was wrong, it won't happen again.

buddy you ran over like 15 people. staff don't need to give you a sit for anything its purely up to their judgement.
read the rules, theres passive threat and active threat. active threat you can act on, and you should only act on the 1 person who is ACTIVELY a threat.
verbal abuse is NOT an active threat.

I said I ran over him and his group of pals. I only killed a few, but there was more. As I said, I was extremely new to this server and servers like this in general. If I was told what I did was wrong, and explained the rules, it would never happen again. I apologize greatly to those who were affected.

I don't need to give you a sit. You MassVDMed and there was no preventing a ban. We aren't obligated to explain you the rules or anything before you doing something stupid. You're supposed to have at least a basic understanding of basic killing rules. I don't expect you to read every rule, but basic concepts like RDM are expected and being new is no excuse.

I understand now that what I did can happen without a sit. I'm greatly sorry to those who affected, and now that I understand the rules better, I feel like I can contribute heavily to this server. I hope I can be unbanned so I can do so.
